An Entrepreneurial Approach
to Private Investments.
A long-term investment vehicle deploying permanent capital to back entrepreneurs through business transformations.
A strategy rooted in entrepreneurial DNA over multiple generations.
We are discerning partners who commit to a limited number of situations at a time, dedicating the time, connections and support that entrepreneurs need.
We are supportive sparring partners throughout the entrepreneurial journey — not passive capital. Focusing on a limited number of investments at any one time lets us dedicate the necessary time, connections and hands-on support to each management team we back.
We invest our own capital. As entrepreneurs in our own right, we bring first-hand experience in leading, scaling and transforming businesses to reach their next stage of growth — and we partner with like-minded entrepreneurs who have a strong, differentiated vision.
We build direct, collaborative and transparent relationships. Unrestricted by the time limitations of conventional capital, we partner with entrepreneurs for the long haul, navigating the path through each level of growth.
Two complementary routes.
One long-term programme, split evenly between impacting positions in companies that need a sustained and dedicated partner to transform, and commitments to a small set of highly differentiated funds.
